Meditations

Meditations is a collaboration with Nelson Devereaux, Paul DeFiglia and Anson Hohne. Nelson and I had a day off in Nashville on our Subtle Frequencies tour in 2024. I connected with Paul about recording at his studio at some point, so it was the perfect opportunity to get together and play. We recorded about 10 tracks, each with a different prompt. It was a delight spending the day making music for the first time as a group. We picked our favorites from the session and they became Meditations. Released with Tableaux Records.
